@patio11 When you post one of you long threads, do you write/edit in some other tool first before moving it to Twitter? And if so, do you segment into tweets from the start or as a second step?

When composing in Twitter do you generally have the full thread framed out mentally before starting? Generally your threads read like mini essays, and not stream-of-consciousness. That's what made me curious about your process.

Not materially; reading a tweetstorm from me is effectively sitting down for coffee, less than a minute after me saying "Hmm, that's an interesting topic to dig into for a moment." (In the 90% case where it isn't pre-planned. The pre-planned ones are usually e.g. work-relevant.)
