What do you tell the people who are mad about https://sso.tax/ ? (FWIW in my experience orgs will regularly avoid rolling out SSO because seat costs—if you’re speaking from the perspective of the service provider, I guess that means their pricing might be working :))

Or is “seat cost” another example or bad utilization billing and you should bill on something else instead, perhaps even a Basecamp all-you-can -eat model?
