If coffee bad for us? I am super confused about this. Every now and then, one research contradicts the other. Some say it has X half-life so will disrupt sleep cycle,some say something else. Complex systems like the earth climate and human body both are quite confusing.

I don’t drink coffee, but I try to have tea mostly in the morning / early afternoon and I don’t see a noticeable effect.

Counter: my relationship quality with coworkers improved significantly when I stopped constant caffeination, because it makes people jittery, irritable, and/or defensive

And I can now clearly discern which other coworkers are significant caffeinated — and they are usually much harder to talk to
