I was talking with a few folks about government programs to incentivize companies to open offices in their cities, and a frontier space here is pitching remote employees directly in a scalable fashion.
Interestingly Tulsa’s is from a private foundation, and is probably the best executed program I’ve ever seen from one.

+1. The staggering of the grant aligns the incentives really well, but for me the cherry on top is the focus on the social component of relocation. Moving to a new city is a lot less daunting when there’s a community ready to welcome you.
