Hey Internets, random question for you: are there any US cities which have a user-legible branding on apartments which is larger than a building or development? Like, the residential equivalent of a WeWork, available in many places and extremely comparable internally at all ?

(I am about a Google away from knowing whether there is a Residia Tower in Shibuya but the great thing about branding is that I don’t even need to Google that because Residia Tower of course either exists in Shibuya or is in the pipeline. It’s Residia Tower. It’s Shibuya.)

I know people who’ve been loyal to Avalon across moves https://www.avaloncommunities.com/

Yup, avalon seems like it's trying that, but I think their stock isn't very homogeneous

There are many "Millenium Towers" in various cities, but I've always assumed they were unaffiliated

There is considerable consolidation in rental property management (e.g. Avalon, Irvine, BRE Properties). It is nice to have some level of consistency and professionalism, even if they are efficient about extracting revenue.
