Hey Internets, random question for you: are there any US cities which have a user-legible branding on apartments which is larger than a building or development? Like, the residential equivalent of a WeWork, available in many places and extremely comparable internally at all ?

Like, if you are a VP at BigCo or a lawyer or doctor and you just got transferred to Shibuya, you could reasonably say “OK Residia Tower has to exist there at approximately the price and layout I expect, when can you show me a unit”

(I am about a Google away from knowing whether there is a Residia Tower in Shibuya but the great thing about branding is that I don’t even need to Google that because Residia Tower of course either exists in Shibuya or is in the pipeline. It’s Residia Tower. It’s Shibuya.)

Interesting that it's just becoming a thing in Tokyo now. Developers in Korea have been doing this for over two decades.

interestingly in the US, property developers of SFH/yuppie townhouses do this. so like Toll Brothers.

Korman springs to mind, but they’re more suburban relo than urban per se.
