Tried Cash App because I'm sort of professionally obligated to understand how to move money around. It's amazing how much better UX has gotten in the last few years when someone cares about that and relentlessly optimizes for it.

One of the most important regulatory facts for fintechs is "Durbin-regulated debit card interchange", which means if a bank has $10B+ in assets, their debit card transactions must be cheap (~22 cents + 5 bps). Rates on "unregulated" debit cards are much, much higher.
