Like there are a lot of people who care *intensely* about their ability (or someone else's ability) to be grist for a content mill's pageview collection, and I don't want to say that preference is *wrong*, but I do want to say that optimizing for it is a choice.

"How would you optimize for it?" Make yourself extremely available to people who are not experts in your field, get good at giving soundbites, get blessed as credible by 1+ media outlets, and work on your camera appeal in the same fashion that Instagram-optimizing people do.

Coda: as most with field of expertise, experience in experience can significantly detract from getting experience in the underlying field. Expertise can be a red flag.
