Multiple customers described that they used “the green Googles” (the Internet, as accessed by Chrome) at home and “the blue Googles” (the Internet, as accessed by IE) at school.
Note that this isn’t as crazy as it sounds: if you search the blue Googles for lesson plans for biology you get different lesson plans than the green Googles. Email isn’t the same in both places. If you use the right email for a computer, a SaaS product will appear instanced.

That’s fascinating! The logic of it is impeccable as a browser isn’t an app (or wasn’t) so much as a window. Computing metaphors can be hard. My mom struggled with the mouse pointer moving in another plane than the mouse itself. She would lift it to try and make the pointer go up
