@patio11 re: your Salary Negotiation masterpiece - seems relevant mostly when you have a track record +/ are being recruited informally +/ the revenue/savings you can provide are substantial, as you allude to / explain.
It seems for a junior/new grad, there isn't much for wiggle?

I get a lot of emails from early career professionals that say otherwise. A silly percentage of the value is knowing that when a recruiter says “AppAmaGooBookSoft has a standard offer to be fair to everyone in the first year. It is X.” that they do not say that to everyone.
