So basically you just throw arbitrary out-of-spec data up against the API to see if it runs faster and still does the right thing?

In this stylized example, with a lot of caveats that don’t fit in 280 character. Usually the objective function isn’t “is faster” it’s “is this more likely to result in a legitimate transaction being approved.”
