“You may want this thing, but you are not the customer for it” is something which is socially difficult to say but which often needs to be said around pricing and packaging discussions.

What do you mean by legible?

I also didn't understand what "natural human" means or what a "fully-loaded employee" is. My brain couldn't understand this tweet.

$200k Butlers HATE this tweet! But for clarity to others, $200 / hr & $100k / yr are about even, fully loaded. Meaning 1 hr of quality service can be a weeks savings easy - not scalable.
-
A small example. My girl works for bank 15 hrs per week, $140k / yr + benefits. That’s like $300 / hr of ‘work’ - and this is from home, no customer service, W2. I work as contractor for ‘families’ on fin advice. I now charge $95 / 10 mins, and it’s still not close to even.

Engineer here. Between software, property, equipment, COGS, salaries ... aren't those priced in consumer legible ways? Guess I'm missing the gist (maybe to be expected.. see point one).
