"Why would it increase your confidence in the US legal system?" Sheer depth and breadth at which they have instantaneous recall of facts from e.g. precedent and being able to argue, on a minute to minute basis, fine distinctions while making optimizations based on microfeedback.

(Tether/Bitfinex has, at times, argued to the court that they believe Crypto Capital Corp, the money launderer they were using for a portion of their money laundering needs, is being less-than-totally-forthright when it says the $800 million was frozen by official action.)
