@patio11 nails it. When I do promo's for team members to senior, we talk about "end to end ownership". -
Strongly agree on the problem ownership aspect. Additionally: - good build vs buy decisions for included components - understanding lifecycle and lifetime aspects of what’s being built - ability to communicate all of the above up, down, and sideways
