Cannot add sufficient exclamation points; it's nothing you haven't heard of before if you have thought deeply about SaaS onboarding but it's just executed at close to perfection. I have not been so impressed by software since the Twilio demo.

Also somebody please make a drop-in JS thing for their Ctrl-K behavior because every app with reasonably sophisticated users should have that. (It combines shortcut key discovery and arbitrary command execution; an "awesomebar" one keystroke away anywhere.)

Nice write-up. This is my experience of using Emacs. (And in fact, I use Emacs + Notmuch for email). The problem with Emacs is the learning curve (among other things). So my take-away here is that
@Superhuman is winning because of the tremendous focus on on-boarding and training.
