Random unsolicited endorsement: http://getethos.com was willing to write a $1 million term life insurance policy at a reasonable rate without requiring a medical exam or more than about 12 minutes of attention (over 3 days).
Like, over the lifetime of a 15 year policy for a 37 year old, if you had possession of a fact which raised your estimate of them dying by 10%, that would raise your expected loss on a $1 million policy by... a few hundred dollars, maybe? And 10% is pretty huge.
