I wish that companies and/or their CMSes were sophisticated enough to categorize their customers as email people or phone people and make offers accordingly, because there are companies that I love which give me lots of phone person offers and, reader, I am not a phone person.

But in addition to "my convenience" seeming to always be at like 4 AM once the schedule Tetris is over with, the mental overhead and wind up / wind down for a phone call takes enough time to write/action 20+ similar issues over email.
