Don't know, but I think in our industry it should tend to a 20/80 split or more in favor of an office-esque environment.

Counterpoint: I can only think of one person at my mostly-remote company who works at a coworking space. When I checked them out, they seemed to be used mostly by small, but co-located companies, not remote workers.
