I really like the more traditional delivery services in Japan, where having encyclopedic memory of one’s delivery area is considered table stakes. They’re bursting at the seams though due to e-commerce volume and the app-dispatched ones will not replicate that.

There exists a Japanese company called Sagawa, which is unremarkably remarkably competent. Several of their drivers didn’t know about my Tuesday meeting specifically at the megacorp but did know it meant their best chance of getting me on Tuesday was the last delivery of day.
