You know the driver app would bury the video so deep in menus it could never be found. How do you know this? Because that’s what they already do with the *** DELIVERY DIRECTIONS *** you put in the comments for every single order.

Now I'm wondering what the deliverer sides of apps look like. I always hate that I put in instructions but have to go down anyway. This is worse for anyone with accessibility issues. For all the delivery driver knows, you physically can't come downstairs yet they assume you can

Similarly, I've thought maybe Google maps should support hints/annotations about what route to take in the last mile. Like adding arrows between point A (close to destination) and point B (the destination).
