If you're unfamiliar with this idiom, the string written in hexadecimal is a hash of a short text file. Publishing the hash proves that I must have had the text file before now. This is common in the security community as way to claim credit for research w/o publishing it early.

I edited the file, credited myself in there, then spent a few minutes with my Match-the-Hash file fixer.
