Pretty sure that SF's zoning laws wouldn't accept the two light industrial factories, two convenience stores, and one milk bottling plant in my residential neighborhood.

(Or alternatively: SF wouldn't allow all these SFHs and apartment buildings in what is clearly an industrial area.)
