One thing I allude to in this thread but haven’t fully explored is the relevance of Asian coworking. So, Tokyo is itself an outlier as a megacity. Megacities generally don’t count as leading indicators of ANYTHING (coworking wise) except for other megacities. So there’s that. But I’ll be in Japan for the 2nd annual national conference next year, I think in the south.
