What if we had Income Share Agreements (ISAs) with our friends?

I am aesthetically extremely displeased with this piece of advice and yet it successfully predicts three major changes in my social circle and the approximate reasoning for them, clustered around twenties.

This advice is fantastic in most cases! My one disagreement is that it would rule out people who value other things far above business success (e.g. philosophical stances, certain aesthetic lifestyles), and I value some of those things quite highly too.

Have to disagree with this one. Some friends of mine won’t make a lot of money, but they do enrich my life in other ways.

Yeah, exactly this. I treasure the company of lots of people who I would never want to work with - the opposite isn't true though. I can't think of many people I'd like to work with who I know for sure would be terrible friends.
