An interesting thought I had today while writing some guidelines for interactions with startups: Being enthusiastic is important for all startups, but counterintuitively might be most important for the best ones, because they have the best understanding of their own problems.

I think this probably applies to candidates, employees, etc etc, as well as startups, depending on whence your candidate/employee/etc pool largely comes from.)
