I also want to see "quantification" of desired skills on job postings. One company's "proficient with Excel" is wrangling 1000s of rows of data with custom VBA macros. Another's is "Can you make a pivot table?"

You’re suggestion also helps with gender bias. Women tend to select out more readily if they don’t self-perceive to meet all the requirements. Men more often give themselves flexibility in requirements.
