I wonder who is going to figure out the model first? Like, clearly the growth of it is probably not rate-limited by software per se; you've got to migrate folks off of existing property management firms or DIY to a nationwide service charging 6~10% of rents.

In all honesty though, this isn't something that's going to happen through growth in one market. Your value prop is in the network, and you're going to have go heavy at the incumbents (most of whom are local) to expand it.
