I have no direct knowledge of what Stanford’s career services says in their programming. I have direct knowledge of it at peer universities and understand their incentive structure and mission (approximately “Maximize grads with gainful employment.”)

If a Career Services department with trivial access to facts about AppAmaGooBookSoft’s recruiting practices did not extensively brief their grads on those practices, I stand by the hypothetical assessment.
