There has to be a SQL query that an email service provider can run which would output how many marketers were embarrassed or how many customers inconvenienced by tooling-based incapacity to anticipate the most trivially greppable templating / data bug in the universe of bugs.

i’ve ranted about this oversight and others like it and imo the only conclhsjkn is that they may mouth talking points in copy, but do not think AT ALL of the tool as empowering business to reach business goals, but a tool like a hammer that just reacts to clicks and is done
