One of my biggest persistent problems has been a) sleeping enough and b) sleeping the hours which I want to sleep. I was recently suggested to try sleeping with a blindfold / sleep mask. This is the best health upgrade I've ever gotten for the least work required.

Thanks, I'll try those too! My problem is that I have no difficulty falling asleep, but wake up at 2:30am and then can't go back to sleep until 4-5am. Makes for a long night.
