What kills SaaS companies? Churn. Easiest way to churn an account? Locking them out of the service and hoping they organize to send in a support ticket to unlock their account.

Perhaps not even then. Instead gate functionality, not login. I’ve had issues with my AWS billing in the past, and if I couldn’t login to review, I’d never have been able to rectify.
