I dropped 65 dollars cash on a very busy sidewalk in Brisbane once. Came back 10 mins later, picked it up as other people walked past.

I lost my wallet in Tokyo. My license details are all in English. Someone found my hotel and left my wallet at the hotel front desk on the next day!

I forgot my wallet on a DDR machine in an arcade in Fukuoka for a while. Wallet was turned in to desk with all cards, but cash was gone.
