(Adds value, too! What workplace would say "Actually we'd prefer if we just periodically sent our office manager to CVC to go by Tylenol, saving whole dollars off our OTC medication spend every year.")

And you can imagine how sticky that is. "Hold up hold up I want to get a free trial of the new first aid kit by that other company; their Tylenol might be better. Then we'll cancel the existing subscription." said no one ever.

I met with the sales rep from Cintas, who does this in Stripe's SF office- he was super cool to chat to, mentioned that they have a range of programs for companies from "startup" to "megacorp", and gave me a business card. They even send someone to refill! https://www.cintas.com/firstaidsafety/firstaidsupplies/firstaidcabinets.aspx …

His sales pitch was also pretty great, when I mentioned that I had a friend doing a startup that might be interested: "wouldn't your investors have more confidence in you as a real business if you can show that you're thinking about things like employee health?"

This is huge. It would allow systemic updates for the first aid formulary. Universal Narcan. It's genuinely a great public health concept.

It already exists in practically every office dear

In Kitchen Confidential, Anthony Bourdain actually calls out a continually restocked first-aid kit as critical to a well run kitchen. Cooks are apparently constantly injuring themselves. Maybe start by marketing this service to restaurants/kitchens.

Good idea. Would be interesting how Pharma responds to distributing loosies. So far they are all about selling 10 to get rid of 1 headache.
