To be fair, that *happened* in a week. I'm guessing they put a lot more time into making that happen beforehand :-)

Ken, rest assured we're healthy and well rested :) Seriously though, we're a team of 6 and my colleagues are pretty good at what they do. We also rely a lot on part-time remote engineers and designers. That said, this week was a bit crazy :)

I think it's more a lack of human coordination with loads of people you (necessarily) barely know in a big corp. Startups can be unhealthy too, lots are, but it's not quite like different productivity = auto unhealthy.
