How many people have to say yes to do something which is clearly worth doing which costs $5,000 / $15,000 / $250,000 and has never been done before.

Many of these don't seem to be company size invariant. A trillion dollar company should have way more red tape around the H1 A/B test and way less around spending $25k than your average startup.

I believe one of those is true but I believe one is materially not for a lot for Fortune 500s.
