How long does it take, from first idea floated to "It's on the Internet", to create a piece of marketing collateral. (For bonus points: break down by ambitiousness / form factor.)

Incidentally these make good questions to get informal reads on companies and/or fill the "So, any questions for me?" part of interviews, because they're much more specific than "Do you like working here?", less likely to elicit social desirability bias in answers, etc.

They all fail in the same direction, though, which is a problem if you were to optimize for them and only them. There’s a judgment inherent to all of them that “doing things is better than not doing things”

This is very good,because they also test for sanity of communication and egos. See also : if Frontline employee A thinks Something should be done differently, how much time for expressing that, but not at watercooler break? How much time for real feedback from person in charge?

Yes, it's interesting to me how many of those heuristics approximate to zero for a one-person business. So they're essentially about how well company processes minimize the friction that comes with scaling.
