So e.g. if you're still rocking Rails 2.3 like I was but wanted to run that on a modern Ruby without code changes (outside your own app/libraries), that will apparently be something which is possible.

Anyone know of anything similar for PHP and it's ilk? (Magento, Cake, Codeigniter, etc) I have empirical evidence that there is a non-zero number of clients who need this for PHP.
