I can think of a bunch of technical examples (an odd number of them involving Ansible), but nothing leaps out higher to me than the folks who ask me how to become a salaryman, to which my answer is “Run while you still can.”

(A surprising number of people ask me how to become a Japanese salaryman and, luckily, their terminal values are not usually more complicated than “I’d like to live in Japan” which is thankfully not coextensive with signing your soul over to a traditionally managed company.)
