"Wait I'm sorry I might be looking at the wrong account; can I have your number again?"
"It's $FOO."
"... Sir, what did you say your name was again?"

That sounds straightforward in theory but is incredibly tricky to pull off in practice. Something about threading a camel through the eye of a needle comes to mind.
