An exaggeration but not all that much of one: Most programmers in Tokyo would be better off if they learned English and immigrated to San Francisco, and most programmers in San Francisco would be better off if they learned Japanese and immigrated to Tokyo.

That’s an interesting question but my preferences weight “quiet, peaceful life” highly and therefore I will not come within astronomical units of it on Twitter.
