I wonder if the EU's new blacklisting system allows one to upload algorithmically generated works? You could *easily* write scripts to algorithmically generate plausible sentences of as-yet-uncomposed news stories, books, etc. Generate millions; billions; then blacklist 'em all.

Yep, yep. Again, trivially easy to do. Wouldn't even need any highly-trained machine learning model. Just give me a few bottles of beer and a small stack of recent speeches, and I could autogenerate insane amounts of plausible text with handcoded scripts.
