I appreciate the sentiment, but I'm curious, which idea you're referring to exactly: that reducing individual impact is an achievable goal, or that it's worth pursuing at that stage (or ever)?

Not the person that you're asking the question of, but. I might personally make a distinction between "Lacking Individual Impact" and "Lacking Bus Redundancy" The first is why they pay us the obscene salaries The second is a fantastic way to get your company killed in 24 hours
