2 separate users for 1 human can be problematic. E.g. I had used Trello for work and personal (2 separate "users") but switching users to switch accounts on mobile is painful. Would be nicer if 1 app with 1 user could handle 2 accts.

Any case where people are also objects in your system, like customers in a CRM or workflow tool. Ex: You add a lead into your CRM, then that person comes in to use your tool as well. Who gets edit access to that user, when? We iterated a lot on that at HoneyBook.

The closest to this I've seen is multiple logins managing the same resources, and multiple "Accounts" to pay out of for those various resources.

Twitter and Instagram make account switching easy in mobile. Twitter on desktop not so much.
