I feel, as someone who has worked in multiple companies with <= 3 people at them and who loves that stage dearly and will likely be in it again someday, that "We work out of a coworking space" provides adequate signal with respect to the bathroom test.

A company working out of a coworking space is making a considered tradeoff with regards to priorities that they have and priorities that they don't have. There are a *lot* of priorities that they don't have. One should be eyes-wide-open about that. (Again, said w/ love for them)
