I feel, as someone who has worked in multiple companies with <= 3 people at them and who loves that stage dearly and will likely be in it again someday, that "We work out of a coworking space" provides adequate signal with respect to the bathroom test.

Women’s bathrooms at tech companies have always left an impression on me. Free tampons/pads, extra hairbands or beauty supplies, not looking like a neglected, never-inhabited room

At one place I worked we were in the early stages of growing a team, just moved into a new office, and the manager specifically ordered the women’s bathrooms to be decked out to boost diverse recruiting/hiring. It actually did help.

I once worked in an office that had an outhouse for a bathroom. You can imagine what that company was like.
