On the good news/bad news front, some of the people/orgs/countries/etc who most need help can still nosh on free lunches like: “That thing you want more of: do you measure it with numbers?” “Have you considered taking attendance and firing government employees who do not exist”

I have never seen any organization anywhere which isn’t making a shed load of glaring mistakes, all the time. Pick literally anything you’ve looked at for more than two weeks.
