I have been attempting to cancel the appointment that the app made for my flu jab. The pharmacy concerned had to contact me to explain a)they don’t have a nurse on Weds b) They have no vaccine. I can’t retrieve my £14.99 as the app Cancel button is not working. Pls advise.
