Just watched the talk - again I’m hit pretty hard in the face by the Power dynamics that are in play. I have thoughts swirling. Reflecting on previous situations where I’ve been on the low and high sides. Also about how dynamics are where I am, and how to work on neutralising.
It’s an amazing talk
I took notes like crazy. I find it really hard to talk about these topics, and she explained it so straight forwardly. I really appreciate how she, yourself and others are spending time and effort to normalise these difficult topics.
Having language and mental frameworks for things is needed to work through and change things.
