I do not believe for one second that @LindseyGrahamSC asked GA Sec State to toss legal ballots. Graham leads @SenateJudiciary, is a solid lawyer and a rule of law conservative. He's also canny, funny, very smart, but perhaps assumed his interlocutor was the same. Nonsense.
