Democrats need to win several elections on all levels 2-3 times in a row so Republicans are forced to adjust their policies and their politicians. That's the only way they'll change, I think.
And effect meaningful changes to the economic structure that help the workers. We currently have a system of systemic uncertainty created to ensure a compliant and fearful workforce.
